Alexis Fisher Pooley was raised in Reno, Nevada before attending and graduating from the University of Nevada, where she studied philosophy, criminal justice, and international affairs. Alexis then traveled to Oregon, where she graduated from Lewis & Clark's Northwestern School of Law with a Certificate in Criminal Law. While in law school, Alexis was the vice president of the Disability Allied Law Student Alliance, advocating for equitable learning experiences and increased resources for differently abled students on campus. She joined our firm in October of 2021 after being admitted to the Oregon State Bar, and is developing a varied practice working with the firm's partners. Alexis has always had a passion for criminal justice reform and mental health advocacy, and has now directed her efforts towards assisting families through difficult transitions in her legal practice.
